  • Follow signs for Ashford and then take A28 towards Tunbridge Wells
  • Continue along A28 for approximately 6 miles
  • At Bethersden, take the 3rd turning right into Bull Lane
  • Continue for appox 2 miles (going into Potkiln Lane) and then turn right into Bethersden Road (signposted for Smarden)
  • Take the next left hand road and continue along for approximately 500 yards, the land is located on the right, just before the next right hand turning
