Ockham lies to the east of the A3 trunk road, which links London to Portsmouth and runs through Guildford and Junction 10 of the M25, which is just 2.4 miles away. The village is an extension of East Horsley to the South.

East Horsley is a suburbanised village between Leatherhead and Guildford exploiting the proximity of Horsley Railway Station. As a result the village has expanded into a general residential area mostly in a linear pattern along the Ockham Road.

Guildford is just over 6 miles from the site and is the county town of Surrey. This bustling and thriving commercial town was voted one of the top 10 places to live by the Channel 4 programme, “The Best and Worst Places to Live in the UK”.

Directions from the M25

  • Leave the M25 at junction 10, then at roundabout take the exit signposted Guildford & Portsmouth, then merge onto the A3
  • After 1.71 miles branch left, then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto Ockham Road North - B2039 (signposted Ockham, East Horsley)
  • After 2.14 miles turn right onto Green Lane
  • The entrace to the land is on your left hand side
