It is situated adjacent to existing residential development and benefits from rights of access to Rock Lane. Three Oaks railway station is within 1.2 miles and further communication links are provided by the A21 which leads directly into London.
Access

Directions from the M25:
Leave the M25 at Junction 5 and head south onto the A21 towards Hastings. After approximately 35 miles turn left into A28 (Westfield Lane) and then right into A2100 (Maplehurst Road). Turn left into B2093 (the Ridge) and continue down this road for approximately 2 miles before turning left onto Winchelsea Road. Rock Lane is the first turning on your left. The land is situated on the left and can be accessed via a gate approximately 85 yards past Silver Birches Cottage.
